Is Instant Weight Loss Possible?

I must admit I am more interested in instant weight loss than I am in the slow and deliberate process of dropping weight in a gradual manner. Of course, I also have to weight (pardon the pun) reality into the equation here.

It is never easy to experience instant weight loss because gradual weight loss is the most commonly reliable way to go. When I ventured into the realm of crash diets and quick weight loss fixes, I would routinely discover that getting in shape overnight is not always the easiest proposition.

That said....

I also discovered YOU CAN lose weight quicker than most people assume possible. How is this so? Basically, there are ways you can drop weight almost immediately. This does not mean you will lose 10lbs in three days - unless you are interested in dropping water weight. But, you can expedite your fat loss potential to a much greater degree than would be possible.

The Three Rules

These are my personal "Three Rules" for attaining instant weight loss. They are based on my own personal experience and, hopefully, those that follow my steps will realize the same benefit that I personally experiences as well. Here they are:

  • Eat organic food and stay away from processed sugars and refined fats while watching calorie consumption.
  • Perform cardio work and progressive resistance weight training three times a week
  • Find a physical activity you enjoy and make it a hobby. This allows you to stay active and burn calories even if you miss out on performing any of the other two steps during the week.

Super Foods

The issue of nutrition needs to be approached when discover instant weight loss. The reason for this is obvious. With the wrong diet, you cannot lose weight. That is a fact of life! Some diets promote the notion of super foods to help you lose weight. But, are they a myth? Super foods do exist but, sometimes, their value is overstated.

Acai Berry, for example, is considered an outstanding super food because it is loaded with antioxidants and can speed up the metabolism. It may not deliver massive weight loss results over night but it will expedite your ability to lose weight to a much quicker degree since its impact will be definitely visible and pronounced.

Just do not overdo it with such food items and assume you will experience magical results. The same can be said of other super foods such as leafy green vegetables which are loaded with antioxidants as well as lean proteins and fish with a high content of omega-3 fatty acids since both will yield a solid impact on your metabolism.

A Little Is A Lot

Here is my own take on instant weight loss: a little can be a lot. What I mean here is that dropping a mere 3lbs can have a great impact on your physique. In the past, I have lost 5lbs and experienced a greatly enhanced physique as a result. While I endorse the search for instant weight loss, I am also quick to point out significant weight loss is not necessary.
