I did not believe it when I first heard it, but it is true: cinnamon works wonders in terms of its ability to block the negative effects of carbohydrates.

If you use 100 calories to burn a lean serving of chicken that is only 300 calories, you are left with 200 calories. A similar effect will happen with the deep water cold fish although they are admittedly in calories. The omega3 fatty acids that they release into the body will yield a great help on boosting the metabolism, however.

A Little Balance

It also does not hurt to add a little mixed vegetables, green vegetables, citrus fruit, and whole grains to the mix. As you may already have surmised, these are carbohydrates but they are good carbs and perfect for developing the best fat burning diets.

Now, if you want to go super low carb, that is your choice as this will help you lose weight. I have been on low carb diets in the past but I also ventured into diets with much higher amount of carbohydrates. I lost with both equally and the latter was a far more healthier diet to take part in.

Ultimately, you want to stay far away from high fat diets since they are traditionally horrible for those wishing to lose weight. Keep this in mind when devising fat burning diets.
