They rev up the heart rate which raises the metabolism which burns more calories. Is this process effective? Yes, but it is not the most necessary process either. You can burn fat without taking a product that over-stimulates the body.
Fat burning supplements should effectively detox the body while increasing metabolic function. They need not have to overly stimulate the body to the point adverse health concerns are raised. It is a common misconception among many that a supplement needs to be a stimulant. This can be a dangerous gambit which is why it is best avoided.
Better Supplement Choices
What would be some of the better supplement choices you could select? Hoodia Extreme and the modified non-stimulant versions of Hydroxycut can be considered - two that I personally found to be excellent.
